A typical 9-5 was never going to be Nitin’s cup of tea for too long. After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nitin worked on the shop floor of one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in India. He quit that job to pursue further education in ISB Hyderabad after which he took up a position as Vice President Operations at one of the leading textile manufacturers in India. Now actively working on his dream project of setting up and running the best farming consulting company in India, Nitin is keen on helping develop the more rural countryside.
Shailav Manjkhola
Co-Founder
Shailav has a BTech with vast experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He brings with him an expertise in operations and project management. Shailav led various large scale projects while working at one of the top American Multinationals for over a decade. He has taken the plunge into entrepreneurship because of his immense desire to assist in India’s farming development. Being the smooth operator he is, currently Shailav is the Director of Operations at KisaanMitrr and Bugyal Stays, ensuring the machine keeps ticking at both companies.
